3 lime wedges
2 tall stalks of fresh mint
1 shot 42 BELOW Manuka Honey Vodka
Ginger beer or ale
In a tall glass, squeeze in the lime juice and toss in the mint.
Press down gently on the mint with a long spoon.
Fill the glass with ice.
Add vodka, and top with ginger beer or ginger ale.
Fresh and easy.
