Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc 2008

Year in, year out, the Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc is one of Marlborough's most consistent offerings.
The 2008 is a blend of fruit from several vineyards, fermented and selected yeast strains to optimise aromas and fruit integrity.
This pale green-gold wine displayes forward aromas of green pepper, passionfruit, gooseberry and lime.
It has a well weighted, fruit-packed palate and a fresh, lively finish.
At it's best age.
Brilliant match with fish and all sea creatures.
One of the best 'Savs' I've tried so far.
For NZ$ 25.

Matua Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2008

The palate is generous and full with typical Sauvignon Blanc acidity.
Ready to drink -don't waste your time by cellaring it.
Fits well with salads and sea foods (especially when using lemon pepper).

This white wine is from 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Viognier, and 10% Sauvignon Gris.

A superb bordeaux style.
Fresh, full of vibrant characters.
Green apple, gooseberry and passionfruit on the palate.
Perfect match for sea food, fish, and salads.
Still has some years in bottle.

For NZ$ 27.

Overflowing with aromas of gooseberry and passionfruit with hints of lime and nettles.

The wine is mouth-filling with vibrant fruit and mid palate richness, finishing rich and racy with excellent length and crispness.
Perfect with fish and salads.
Drink until 2011.

Grove Mill Sauvignon Blanc 2007

An elegant blend of tropical overtones, passionfruit, gooseberries, kiwifruit with hints of herbal notes.

Full palate weight with balanced structure and a crisp, clean finish.
Intense flavours of pineapple, grapefruit, white peach and gooseberry.
Strong hints of maritime/17 Valley terroir.

"A nice combination of the power of our 2005 Sauvignon Blanc and the elegance of the 2006.
This is possibly the best of all the three." -the winemaker
